Financially Smart Tips

Eat out using coupons, the food tastes just the same (some say a little sweeter when know you're saving money)!

Never buy impulsively. Make a list of what you are looking to buy and get three prices before you decide which merchant to buy from.

If you give up buying the coffee and doughnut every morning, three things are sure to happen. You'll instantly become healthier, you'll be saving for your financial goal (but you must physically take it from your pocket and place it in your savings container) and you'll get to work on time!

Part of your compensation is employee benefits. Often your employer offers ways to save you money using pre-tax dollars on things like day care, medical out of pocket expenses and other items. Ask your employer about the benefits they make available. It's like asking them to please put some more money in our pocket. Go ahead, they won't mind, they're expecting it!

Do not let others tell you what to do you your money.  It’s your money and if things don’t work out, they won’t take responsibility for it.  But what if you don’t know what decision to make?

That’s why we’re here.  We’ll help you become financially smart!
